In adherence to the World Health Organization’s recommendation for social distancing, TAS United will be enacting remote working arrangements for our agents. Beginning this week, we will have more than 100 agents working remotely. We are proud to say that TAS United remains fully-functional and poised to handle our clients’ calls, as many of you simultaneously adopt work-from-home policies. Our telephone agents will keep you connected to your customers from anywhere, 24/7/365. We are also equipped to handle any emergency call needs.
